Washington Commanders Hire Dan Quinn As New Head Coach! Washington, DC In Chaos!

Dan Quinn

It is official! The Washington Commanders have hired Dan Quinn as their new head coach. And with this news, the DMV area is officially in complete chaos. Commies fans are a combination of upset, frustrated, and depressed. This is certainly not what fans expected to happen once the Commies kicked off their head coach search.

Commies fans are easily the most damaged fanbase in the NFL and it is not even close. Commies fans have had to deal with 24 years of the single worst owner in all of professional sports. On top of that, Commies fans have had to deal with numerous embarrassments on and off the field. Commies fans have also had to deal with having their beloved franchise’s very identity stripped from them. All along, the Commies’ fanbase has shrunk at a faster rate than any other NFL fanbase.

So, it is understandable that the PTSD-rattled Commies fans are in a complete state of disarray and suffering from flashbacks from the Snyder tenure. Some Commies fans are probably getting flashbacks to when the Redskins struck out with one coach after the next and then panicked and settled on Jim Zorn as their head coach. Other Commies fans are having flashbacks to the hiring of Ron Rivera. Some Commies fans are still not over Josh Harris missing out on Ben Johnson and Mike Macdonald.

We have plenty of time to dissect the hiring of Dan Quinn. We have many days to fill by examining Quinn’s talent as a head coach and whether this decision was a smart one or not. We even have lots of time to discuss if Quinn is simply Ron Rivera 2.0. And we will definitely get to all of that.

Right now, I need a bit of time to process Quinn’s hiring. To be sure, the Commies continue to be the most entertaining team to follow. The drama never ends with this franchise.
